We are now using a ratio system on ABM. Send 500 to start the trade, maintain a ratio of 65%. You will notice this is lower than most sites. That is because I usually send out more than I receive making it difficult for some webmasters to meet the min. and get their stuff plugged. I might raise this in future, not sure yet.. Check your stats here.
NOTE: Outgoing hits are not 100% accurate because we also send traffic from the top referrers list, and top 20 thumbs, which are displayed on every page of the site.
